Creative Content & Project Manager
What you’ll be doing…
Telling the Papaya Films story through content that pops:
- Design fresh attention-grabbing content – from scroll-stopping visuals to slick video and photo shoots.
- Write compelling copy for our channels, press releases, award entries, and more.
- Keep our platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo) alive and aligned with our brand voice.
Bringing creative ideas to life – and managing every detail:
- Lead end-to-end creative projects, from campaign concept to final execution.
- Coordinate the production of BTS and making-of content that captures the true Papaya Films essence.
- Plan and oversee entries for major awards and competitions.
- Represent Papaya Films at events, festivals, and key industry gatherings.
Strengthening our global presence:
- - Partner closely with internal teams (especially Production) to ensure unified, consistent messaging.
- Build relationships with local and international media to keep Papaya Films top of mind.
- Shape and scale our communications strategy to grow local and global recognition.
Wymagania
What we’re looking for…
Experience & mindset:
- 3+ years in content creation, creative project management, or communications – in-house, agency, or freelance.
- Proven track record in the creative industry and an instinct for what grabs attention.
- Confident multitasker with sharp planning skills and a cool head under pressure.
- Strong feel for festivals and industry moments we should be part of.
Skills & spirit:
- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills – fluent, expressive, and polished (Polish, English C2 level).
- A creative thinker with a strategic edge.
- A relationship-builder who knows how to pitch, persuade, and connect.
- Passion for the world of film, culture, and advertising – and a deep understanding of our brand.

You’ll play a key role in how Papaya Films shows up in the world – from bold campaigns to smart copy, behind-the-scenes moments to industry shout-outs. This role is for someone who’s equal parts creative and organised, with a great instinct for what works, what wows, and what moves the needle.
